How soon will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within two working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving them. Customers who take advantage of our Next Day  or Priority Delivery options will have their products sent according to their own terms and conditions.  We despatch parcels at 12 Noon, 16.00hrs and 18.00hrs on weekdays, including Bank Holidays.  This service ensures that your products are sent as soon as possible, but does not guarantee next day delivery. back to FAQs
