What are your Terms and Conditions? Our Terms and Conditions are set out below. Trading name cheapercondoms.co.uk is a trading name of Cheaper Healthcare. Customer Information All customer information stored on our database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. See our privacy statement for more information. Delivery It is our policy to dispatch all orders the same/next working day (Monday to Friday) of receiving them.  If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 5 days, we will contact you immediately to agree another time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the customer will be offered a full refund. VAT  All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT (value added tax), unless otherwise stated. Other duties & taxes With the exception of VAT in the UK, any local taxes or duties remain the responsibility of the customer. Payment All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering. Refunds & Exchanges  Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund plus your postage costs. Returns Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Provided the goods are returned in good condition, we will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund will only be made to the card used for the payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.  In the event of the goods being unsuitable, we offer a full refund policy. In this case the goods must be returned within 14 days.
