Personal Details When a customer places an order we receive the name, postal address, email address and telephone/fax number of the customer. We use this information to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to enquiries and send marketing information where this been agreed by the customer. This information is never passed to any third party. Your  details are stored on our password protected customer database. This information is  stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. Invoices & Packaging When you place an order by credit/debit card the transaction will be shown under the name of Cheaper Healthcare. Secpay will issue you with an order confirmation number. All packaging sent to your delivery address will be plain and unmarked.  Mailing lists We will only include you in our mailing list if you have agreed to this. We will not give your details to any third party. If you later change your mind, you can remove your name from our mailing list by sending an email to customercare@cheapercondoms.co.uk, with the word "unsubscribe" entered in the title box.
